How is this being achieved?

This section contains the informative dossier published at the end of each Stage, once the different agents involved in the development of MODERNA have concluded their analysis, strategic sessions, sector specific meetings, thematic meetings, etc...

MODERNA is being developed in three stages, all participatory and based on the principle of consensus, with a clear objective in each one:

Stage I:
Diagnosis

Objective:

Analyse the starting point of Navarre's economy in terms of the different variables and identify the main challenges that must be tackled.

Stage II:
Definition of the New
Model

Objective:

Establish a vision for Navarre's economy over the next few decades as well as the commitments and strategic objectives in terms of economic sectors and elements of competitiveness.

Stage III:
Action plan and system of evaluation and monitoring

Objective:

Design an operational plan including goals for the medium and long term, and the actions required to achieve them, with a system of ongoing evaluation and the monitoring of objectives.
